  • Yes, if your dog is not aggressive toward strangers we would love for your dog to be there.


  • You don’t need to be home during the visit—as long as we have access to your yard, we’ll take care of everything

  • Yes, we do our best to provide services during the winter! However, if it's extremely cold and the waste is frozen to the ground, we avoid removing it to prevent any damage to your lawn. Any prepaid services will be completed as soon as the weather allows, and any missed visits will be rescheduled.

  • Yes! Our website is very secure. We use Stripe for payments—the same trusted platform used by Google Pay. We also use Jobber to create your quotes.

  • Yes. You can cancel your subscription. The price per services completed would be adjusted to the length of service you have received and the remaining balance would be refunded. Example: if you purchase a 1 year plan and opted out after 6 months. We would calculate the amount of services you received at the 6-month rate and refund the difference. 


  • Yes! we will make sure that your gate is shut if you have one! We will send via text or email (whatever you prefer) a picture of your shut gate after the service is provided.
