  • We take the waste with us and safely and professionally dispose of it ourselves.

  • If it's light rain then we will, but if it's pouring or heavy rain we will reschedule. 

  • Yes, if your dog is not aggressive toward strangers we would love your dog to be there.


  • Not necessarily, we just need access to the yard.

  • We try to visit the best we can! If it is really cold and the poo is frozen to the ground we don’t want to damage your lawn. All played for services will be provided as soon as the weather gets nicer!

  • Yes! the most secure you can get. We use “Stripe”, which is the same used by Google pay.

  • Yes. You can cancel your subscription. The price per services completed would be adjusted to the length of service you have received and the remaining balance would be refunded. Example: if you purchase a 1 year plan and opted out after 6 months. We would calculate the amount of services you received at the 6-month rate and refund the difference. 


  • Yes! we will make sure that your gate is shut if you have one! We will send via text or email (whatever you prefer) a picture of your shut gate after the service is provided.

  • Contact us and we can cancel your subscription!
